COMMISSION, She used my journal entry "MY OC TALIA" as I asked; to understand what she looks like and the terms and concerns ETC.

Also, I decided to upload this compared to the original version, which I'm not taking as my work, if the creator wishes it to be deleted so be it. So here it is, I edited it a bit, IK IK it's so obvious. But this is his work not mine.

At-least I finally upload it, thanks a lot for considering me

I had a suspicion too, since the clothes looked exactly the same as my first OC Talia upload 3DCG.
(Luckily it wasn't but I Repeat!

Little note now, that goes for everyone that watches me or wishes to draw my OC'S In the form of a request, commission or gift, or in any form of art for that matter:
(This now goes for everyone, whoever I suspect and to whoever I think, has drawn my OC'S with an existing commission, gift or request as a reference, they will forfeit their payment especially, if I payed them already.
If they aren't honest, and if they didn't ask me first. That if they could use an existing deviation of someone else's work, that will happen. This is very serious and it's breaking DA rules and stealing, which could also get me in trouble. Unless they re-draw it again or edit it slightly, I will not accept it and pay for it, because someone didn't pay attention.
I don't want to have my OC'S drawn unfairly, without seeing the artists true skill and imagination go into his work.
"PLEASE ASK!" If your not sure on what to do and if my drawing journals aren't enough to help you, don't hesitate ask, the answer won't most likely always be a no.)

Any more questions regarding that matter I just mentioned, please me about it.
Now that I got that out of the way, and I'm not blaming the person who drawn this, I am just saying, that's all.

She's the 20th to ever to try and "FINISH HER", think you got what it takes? by all means try I would love to see her draw/digital drawn/digital ETC by anyone.
